At Procor Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Railcar Inspection Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our railcar repair facility in Oakville, Ontario, this role will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and safety of our operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting inbound, in-process, and outbound rail cars, as well as qualifying tank cars according to AAR standards. This will involve non-destructive testing methods such as visual inspection, liquid penetrant, magnetic particle, and ultrasonic testing.

In addition to these core responsibilities, the Railcar Inspection Specialist will also provide shift supervision as required and contribute to other related tasks assigned by management.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in railcar repair and knowledge of AAR rules
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and team building experience
  • Strong organizational capabilities
