We're seeking a skilled Workday Consultant, Reporting & Analytics to join our growing team at Intact Financial Corporation. As a member of the People Analytics function, you will play a crucial role in delivering metrics from Workday that support our HR strategy, focused on creating an inspiring workplace where our colleagues can thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and enhance Workday reporting with a focus on creating an org-wide reporting strategy.
- Implement and automate HR data analysis, including developing data models, preparing reports, and data visualizations for storytelling.
- Advise and support the HR community and executives, partnering to understand their needs and recommend appropriate tools.
- Define key indicators and prepare dashboards to identify issues and support initiatives.
- Support user training and change management activities.
- University degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data analysis, business analysis, or human resources.
- Minimum of 2 years in business intelligence, data analytics, or HR analytics.
- Strong experience with building reports in Workday.
- Work experience in an HR role is an asset.
- Strong data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of a data visualization tool.
- Excellent communication skills, including writing and business presentations.
- Ability to present operational problems in a precise and concise manner to an audience and solve them effectively.
- Comfortable working with all levels of management and collaborating with various stakeholders, demonstrating excellent collaboration abilities.
- Bilingual in both English and French, with the ability to interact regularly with an English-speaking clientele and colleagues across the country.
