Catering Operations Manager

Brioche Urban Baking Ltd is seeking a skilled Catering Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning.
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, highlighting areas for improvement and success.
- Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure seamless communication.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
- Establish work schedules and ensure staff are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
