Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator with CSR Support

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Imperial Manufacturing Group.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of shipping, inventory management, and customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a small team, where you will have the chance to grow and develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shipping and Inventory Management:
    • Arrange and schedule incoming truck loads, working closely with vendors;
    • Communicate with vendors on delivery dates and advise on missing or damaged products;
    • Manage back orders for the branch;
    • Run daily reports from Stonefield regarding shipment readiness;
    • Explore ways to decrease back-order quantities;
    • Communicate with internal customers and set expectations on delivery dates;
    • Minimize shipping errors.
  • Customer Service (CSR) Support:
    • Provide excellent customer service and support;
    • Deal with walk-in contractors and customers;
    • Manage key customer accounts;
    • Update standing orders in Sage Software;
    • Process sales orders and batch orders;
    • Customer invoicing;
    • Manage orders in the backlog and seek opportunities to expedite with problem-solving.
  • Other Responsibilities:
    • Unload and load trucks & couriers;
    • Count and receive freight into inventory;
    • Organize and maintain warehouse flow;
    • Stage orders ready for shipping by picking products and shrink-wrapping skids.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Lift Truck operations and/or having Lift Truck training would be an asset;
  • Knowledge or work experience with HVAC / Filtration or other industrial industries;
  • Intermediate computer skills required (Excel / Outlook);
  • Attention to details;
  • Proactive, self-motivated, energetic, customer-focused, and results-driven;
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills;
  • Must be able to function in a deadline-oriented environment;
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to follow safe work practices;
  • Experience using electronic inventory control systems like Sage / ACCPAC / Simply Accounting (order processing, purchase orders, & invoicing).

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
