Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Professional to join our team at Baymont by Wyndham. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and ensuring the integrity of our financial systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
- Payroll Processing: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and excellent organizational skills.
