We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Systems Administrator to join our team at S.i. Systems. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing support for the GCMS/eServices Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exception Log Monitoring: Monitor exception logs from integration application servers such as IIS, MS Biztalk, WebLogic, and WebSphere MQ.
  • Application Code Migration: Migrate application code and packages to application servers.
  • Troubleshooting and Fixing: Troubleshoot and fix environmental issues reported against Non-Production and Production environment Application servers.
  • System Performance Analysis: Analyze system performance and errors from application servers and recommend improvements.
  • Database Error Monitoring: Monitor database errors for production problems and interface errors.
  • Documentation and Ticketing: Create tickets and document any new errors.
  • Software Installation and Maintenance: Install, monitor, upgrade, and maintain software.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work with business analysts, project managers, developers, and clients/stakeholders to maintain and improve software performance.
  • Problem Solving and Knowledge Transfer: Apply problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, and provide advice to co-workers and managers for knowledge transfer.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Provide briefings and status reports to management, and develop build books and installation documents.
