Job Summary

At BURRITO BOYZ CENTENNIAL, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service team. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and communication skills to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality food service.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage

Requirements

- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment

- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods
