Job Summary:



As a Configuration Specialist - Retail Systems, you will play a critical role in shaping the retail experience at The Home Depot Canada. This role will require you to work closely with cross-functional teams to configure and implement SAP application software, ensuring seamless integration with the company's business processes.



About the Role:



This position involves gathering detailed requirements from business users, performing design and development for approved projects, and configuring/modifying SAP software to meet business needs. You will also coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business clients and provide system documentation to support testing scenarios.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Gather and document detailed requirements from business users for approved projects and small enhancements to existing projects.
  • Design and develop solutions for approved projects and small enhancements to existing projects.
  • Configure and modify SAP software to meet business requirements using HD process techniques.
  • Coordinate UAT with business clients to ensure seamless integration with business processes.
  • Provide system documentation to support testing scenarios and ensure accurate implementation of SAP software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and document design.


Requirements:



To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • 1-2 full lifecycle SAP implementation experience in MM module, including integration with SD and FI.
  • 3-5 years of related SAP experience.
  • Functional configuration experience with MM, including Vendor and Article/Material Master Data, Site/Plant, Classification System.
  • Ability to succinctly identify business requirements and document design.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to a wide variety of audiences.
  • Experience with ASAP methodology and SAP IS-Retail preferred.
  • BS Computer Science or related field preferred.


What We Offer:



The Home Depot Canada offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
