About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Merchandise Flow Manager to join our team at Giorgio Armani. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing an exceptional client experience, and ensuring the efficient operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute merchandising strategies to drive revenue and improve store performance
  • Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and replenishment
  • Ensure accurate stock levels, markdown execution, and supplies management
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to support the entire team in driving sales and providing an excellent client experience
  • Lead by example, demonstrating integrity, collaboration, and a results-oriented approach
Requirements
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in retail shipping and receiving management
  • College or post-secondary degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence partners and motivate teams
  • Proficiency in retail systems and office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Open availability and ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
