About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integrated Marketing Strategist to join our team at Moomoo. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and achieve aggressive targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior marketing leaders to design and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives.
  • Campaign Execution: Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute digital media campaigns, advertising creatives, media channel development, influencer marketing, and content management.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities to raise awareness and build trust in the local market.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze marketing data to inform future marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the headquarters team, Singapore team, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 or more years of marketing experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of financial products and services is an advantage.
  • Business Acumen: Well-developed business negotiation skills, ability to express thoughts verbally, and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Language Skills: Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal) is a strong asset.
  • Personal Qualities: Result-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
