About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor, Food Services to join our team at Starbucks Coffee Company. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5-10 people and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of food services professionals to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and staff development.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Manage store finances, including cash handling, inventory control, and budgeting.
