Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Arbutus West Enterprises Ltd o/a Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure staff are equipped to meet customer needs.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
