We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Advisor to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and building strong, long-standing relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Customer-Centric Approach: Take a proactive approach to discovering customer needs, listening to understand their requirements, and providing relevant insights and expert advice.
- Financial Planning: Build comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help customers achieve their financial goals.
- Sales and Business Development: Develop, retain, and grow the branch business by delivering against individual and team sales goals that support a positive customer experience.
- Relationship Building: Nurture strong, long-standing relationships with customers and develop a deep understanding of their financial needs.
- Strategic Mindset: Possess a strategic mindset to develop personalized financial strategies, including day-to-day banking, investments, and borrowing solutions.
- Financial Expertise: Have a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment that aligns with customer goals.
- Professional Certifications: Hold a Mutual Funds license and completed CIFP Diploma.
