About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Packaging Machine Operator to join our team at PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating our packaging line with precision and attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Machine Operation: Run the packaging line efficiently, ensuring high-quality products are produced consistently.
  2. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform regular maintenance tasks and troubleshoot issues that may arise during production.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with colleagues to meet production targets and communicate any issues or concerns promptly.
  4. Physical Demands: Lift heavy materials, work on your feet for extended periods, and perform tasks requiring physical agility.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • A minimum of Grade 12 (or equivalent) education is required.
  • Flexibility to work all shifts and weekends is necessary.
  • Excellent physical coordination and conditioning are essential.
  • Strong speaking and writing skills are required.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work is necessary.
