We are seeking an experienced Operations Technician to join our team at our state-of-the-art facility in Cambridge, Ontario. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining inspection, labeling, and packaging (ILP) equipment, performing basic troubleshooting, and ensuring that our ILP areas run smoothly.
- Set up and disassemble all inspection, labeling, and packaging machines.
- Train new ILP operators on machine operation.
- Perform basic trouble shooting, mechanical adjustments, interventions, and preventative maintenance on ILP machines.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of related work experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or cosmetic industry. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work any shift in a 24/7 environment are essential.
