Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at Calgary Co-op. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and clinical expertise in our pharmacy department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized patient care and advice on prescription medications and over-the-counter products
  • Fill prescriptions accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and safety
  • Supervise and assist pharmacy technicians in maintaining inventory and processing prescriptions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulations, ensuring compliance with government and professional standards
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and support
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSc. Pharm) degree
  • Current registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacists
  • Authorization to Administer Medications by Injection
  • Previous retail pharmacy experience (desirable)
