Payroll Administrator

The Limen Group Const. (2019) Ltd. is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Prepare statements of earnings for employees, highlighting gross and net salaries, as well as deductions such as taxes, union dues, garnishments, and insurance and pension plans.
- Store, update, and retrieve financial data, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing systems, and prepare and balance period-end reports, reconciling issued payrolls to bank statements.
- Prepare monthly statements and complete and submit documentation for the administration of benefits, such as pension plans, leaves, share savings, employment, and medical insurance.
- Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans, providing clear and concise information to ensure understanding and compliance.
- Compile statistics and reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain payroll records, including employee attendance, leave, and overtime, to calculate pay and benefit entitlements.
- Perform data entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the processing of payroll data.
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and management.
- Proficiency in computerized systems and data entry software.
