We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Management and Resilience Expert to join our team at NBC. As a Senior Advisor for Third-Party Risk and Business Continuity, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of our risk management strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess third-party risks related to IT and cybersecurity within operational contexts.
- Review and evaluate business continuity and disaster recovery plans within the IT and cybersecurity domains.
- Assess the readiness levels of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Participate in cross-functional mandates, including risk registers, risk universe documentation, reporting, governance, and data management.
- Build trust and foster collaboration with business units and other second-line departments to enhance our technological risk and cybersecurity posture.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with 10 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience in technology risk management and/or cybersecurity, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and synthesis skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Certification(s) such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or others in the field of technological risk management and cybersecurity will be considered an asset.
