We strive to provide an extensive breakfast, lunch, and dinner selection, as well as indulgent culinary experiences that exceed our guests' expectations. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and providing a memorable experience for every guest.
The Day-to-Day
- You will be responsible for creating a positive first impression, welcoming guests warmly, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience.
- You will be aware of your surroundings, offering assistance to guests whenever needed, and providing exceptional service with a smile.
- You will be knowledgeable about our menu offerings, making recommendations to guests and ensuring they have a memorable dining experience.
- You will maintain a high level of organization and structure, utilizing seat-specific ordering to ensure efficient food delivery and minimizing food waste.
- You will accurately and precisely enter information into the POS system, ensuring clear communication with the back-of-house team.
- You will respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and concerns, providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
- You will take pride in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, monitoring the cleanliness of your section, and adhering to all food safety standards and systems.
- You will go above and beyond to accommodate special requests, celebrate special occasions, and take food preferences and guest allergies seriously.
- You will be able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of professionalism and urgency.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of serving experience in a similar environment.
- Smart Serve Certification is a requirement.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and sales ability.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, multitask, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, high level of product knowledge, and ability to maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum.
