Job Title: Director, International Disaster Response

World Renew is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director, International Disaster Response to lead our International Disaster Response Team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in humanitarian response, disaster management, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the International Disaster Response Team
  • Develop and implement disaster response plans and strategies
  • Manage and coordinate disaster response efforts, including budgeting and resource allocation
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and local partners
  • Ensure compliance with World Renew's policies and procedures, as well as international humanitarian standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in humanitarian response and disaster management
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English, with ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
