- Process Development: Establish and maintain processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective artistic production.
- Recruitment: Participate in the recruitment process for artistic talent, ensuring the best candidates are selected for our team.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication of artistic vision and direction.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in art direction for AAA games.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the video game industry, with a strong understanding of artistic disciplines and game engines.
- Artistic Skills: In-depth knowledge of artistic disciplines, including concept, character, animation, environment, visual effects, user interface, lighting, shading, and rendering.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to visualize and communicate artistic ideas effectively.
- Time Management: Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
