Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at EMCO Corporation. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized counter sales area, and supporting customers with their product needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product inquiries and sales support
- Maintain a clean and organized counter sales area
- Support customers with product recommendations and solutions
- Enter, pick, and pack sales orders
- Unload and receive product
- Process returns and warranty claims
Requirements:
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to learn and operate software systems
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
