Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Juniors Foods Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.

Work Environment: Our fast-paced food service environment requires a high level of energy and attention to detail. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a dynamic team environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
