We are seeking a Senior Manager, Employee Experience, who will play a pivotal role in shaping a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment that brings out the best in our team. Reporting to the VP, Leadership Development & Culture, this strategic position combines creativity, data-driven insights, and a people-centric approach to elevate workplace culture and drive organizational success.

You'll be responsible for translating data into meaningful strategies, turning numbers into actions that make a real difference. From improving engagement to enhancing performance, you'll ensure our employees feel valued, connected, and empowered to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analytics: Design and manage surveys, focus groups, and other tools to collect employee feedback and sentiment data. Analyze employee lifecycle data (e.g., onboarding, engagement, promotion, performance, turnover) to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Program Management & Continuous Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs, iterating and evolving approaches based on data-driven results. Test and iterate on programs and initiatives to ensure alignment with employee needs, including rewards and recognition.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Manage the collection and analysis of employee demographic data. Incorporate DEI principles into employee experience strategies and data analysis efforts. Use data to identify disparities and develop initiatives to promote an inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience using data analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights. Proficient in designing and interpreting employee surveys and other feedback tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives.
