Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Rockit Coffee Co., we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are trained in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that our café is well-staffed and operating efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
