Job Title: Youth Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Youth Development Professional.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires working 40 to 80 hours bi-weekly. As a Youth Development Professional, you will be responsible for providing support and supervision to clients living in group homes and half-way houses.

Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to clients in their daily lives, including household chores and food preparation.
  • Supervise activities of clients and ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Assist clients with tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and grocery shopping.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in a related field, such as social work or education.
  • Experience working with youth and families, an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Criminal record check and child welfare check required.

Compensation
