Job Title: Youth Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Support Specialist to join our team at Youth Impact Jeunesse Inc. As a key member of our team, you will provide support and guidance to youth in group homes and half-way houses, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support and guidance to youth in group homes and half-way houses
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as housekeeping and food preparation
  • Supervise activities and ensure the safety and well-being of clients
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement individualized plans for youth

Requirements:

  • College diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid criminal record check and child welfare check
