Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Financial Operations Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Calculating and preparing cheques for payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintaining general ledgers and financial statements to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our financial records.
- Posting journal entries and reconciling accounts to identify any discrepancies or errors.
- Preparing statistical, financial, and accounting reports as required by management.
- Assisting with tax returns and trial balance of books.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and priorities.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
