Job Summary

Mehraz Building Dreams Inc. is seeking a skilled Floor Covering Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive high-quality floor coverings that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and measure surfaces to be covered
  • Measure, cut, and fasten underlay and underpadding
  • Install carpeting, hardwood floors, and resilient floor coverings
  • Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings
  • Estimate costs and materials
  • Prepare floors for installations
  • Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work at heights
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
