We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Alberta Tank Fabrication & Coating Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, and examining welds to ensure they meet standards and specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field. They will be required to read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals, and processes, and operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and performing minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment, and will be required to work in a team environment with a focus on flexibility, organization, and a strong work ethic.

We offer a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company.
