Key Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for the children.
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, promoting their physical and emotional development.
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, maintaining a positive and respectful relationship.
  • Keep accurate records of daily activities and health information regarding the children, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Organize activities such as games, outings, and educational programs to promote the children's cognitive and social development.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary requirements and allergies.
  • Prepare infants and children for rest periods, establishing a consistent sleep routine.
  • Supervise and care for children, ensuring their physical and emotional safety at all times.
  • Take children to and from school, appointments, and other activities, promoting their independence and responsibility.
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, providing a nurturing and supportive environment.
  • Assist children with homework, promoting their academic development and confidence.Physical Demands
    • Ability to lift and carry children weighing up to 9 kg (20 lbs), ensuring their safety and well-being.
    Personal Qualities
    • Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing circumstances and priorities.
    • Organizational skills in managing daily routines, schedules, and tasks.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining open communication and collaboration.
