Job Title: Early Childhood Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Childhood Supervisor to join our team at Treehouse Daycare Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our childcare program, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children. This includes supervising staff, developing and implementing educational programs, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a team of childcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and education for children.
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children and align with our daycare's philosophy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the childcare program.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a childcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift and move children and equipment as required.
Working Conditions
  • 80 hours bi-weekly.
  • Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
