Restaurant Operations Manager

At Karahi King Restaurant Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

* Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records
* Conduct performance reviews to assess team members' strengths and areas for improvement
* Cost products and services to optimize profitability and efficiency
* Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to ensure compliance
* Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment
* Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best deals
* Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to increase revenue streams
* Address customers' complaints or concerns to provide exceptional customer service
* Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

* 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
* College/CEGEP education
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Term: Permanent

Work Language: English

Hours: 40 hours per week
