About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead, Surgical Strategy to join our team on a full-term basis. The successful candidate will report to the Manager, Surgical Strategy, and support the Network Director, Surgical Services and Medical Device Reprocessing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and coordinate high-priority surgical and/or gastrointestinal endoscopy projects from initial planning through implementation and evaluation at the regional level.
  • Provide leadership to project teams and ensure the involvement and participation of key partners, including clinicians, medical staff, and support staff.
  • Collaborate with other leaders from across IH and key partners at the site, community, and provincial levels to facilitate ongoing collaboration and standardization of approaches.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, process review, and analysis.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
