Job Title: Logistics Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at Pal Logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of the organization, developing specific plans to prioritize tasks, and ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Oversee operational logistics of the organization, including planning and organizing operational logistics
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve organizational goals
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and resolve work problems as they arise
  • Recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, and co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies, and organize and maintain inventory

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
