Food and Beverage Services Associate

Sushi On is seeking a motivated Food and Beverage Services Associate to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless food and beverage service.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills to work in our fast-paced restaurant environment. The successful candidate will have the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
Key Responsibilities- Cash Handling: Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit cards, debit cards, traveller's cheques, and room billings.
- Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, taking pride in delivering exceptional quality and presentation.
- Customer Service: Greet patrons warmly, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Order Taking: Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely manner.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A minimum educational requirement to ensure a strong foundation in basic mathematical calculations and written communication.
- Experience: Prior experience in a related field is an asset, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing situations and learn from feedback.
You will be working in a dynamic restaurant environment, interacting with diverse customers, colleagues, and management.
