Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development
    • Develop a prospecting strategy and penetrate new accounts
    • Solicit new prospects
    • Qualify needs and write commercial proposals with the sales team
    • Negotiate contracts
  • Sales and Client Management
    • Create and execute account plans with the delivery teams
    • Develop the account by detecting new opportunities and positioning new offers
    • Master key concepts of consultative sales to position as a 'Trusted advisor'
    • Master various contact modes
  • Service Consulting Sales
    • Ability to sell complex projects and mandates
    • Participate in project success with the delivery team
    • Client and delivery team tracking techniques in support of the agileDSS account manager or Tech Lead
    • Be able to travel on site to maintain the link with the client and the delivery team
    • Ensure client satisfaction
  • agileDSS Brand
    • Animate strategic technological partnerships agileDSS in connection with the development of the client portfolio
    • Actively participate in the development of agileDSS notoriety
    • Represent agileDSS (conferences, seminars, etc.)
  • Strategy
    • Conduct technological watch and evolve knowledge in BI, analytics, Artificial Intelligence...
    • Participate in the evolution of agileDSS service offers

Requirements and Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an account manager in the consulting services industry
  • Strong knowledge of the BI/Big Data/Analytics domain (at least 3 years of experience in selling analytical projects)
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and build relationships with clients and delivery teams
  • Natural leadership
  • Bilingual French and English
