Job Title: Bookkeeper

Pandher Trucking Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
