Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort and process documents for distribution, ensuring all invoicing requirements are met.
- Verify and correct payment discrepancies, including entering journal entries and reversals.
- Manage internal and external customer correspondence, providing excellent communication and customer service.
- Enter data into our system, scan, and attach supporting documentation.
- Perform other duties as required to support the team.
Who You'll Work With:
You will collaborate closely with our Processing Clerks and Accounting Technicians, working under the guidance of our Accounting Supervisor. Our team is dedicated to fostering a culture of community and collaboration.
