Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at 3299261 Nova Scotia LTD. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units, as well as clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Food Preparation: Load buspans and trays, operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and place dishes in storage areas.
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take customers' orders, and replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, and standing for extended periods.
