As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to clients, tenants, and patrons. Key Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to clients, tenants, and patrons * Write clear and detailed reports, including incident, emergency, liability, and day-to-day reports * Monitor and report irregularities, such as security breaches, facility and safety hazards, and emergency situations * Provide first aid and medical response when required * Perform regular foot patrols to ensure personnel, building, and equipment security * Utilize two-way radios and computer applications to communicate site activities Requirements * 6 months of security experience or 6 months of customer experience * Valid security license * Valid OFA 1 or higher * Excellent verbal and written English communication skills * Physical fitness: ability to walk for prolonged hours * Class 5 or Class 7 N BC Driving License is an asset for Mobile Patrol Education and Certification * High School Diploma/GED * Valid BC Security License * Valid Class 5 BC Drivers License * OFA I Why Work with Paladin Security?
