Job Title: Security Officer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees, while also protecting the company's assets and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular patrols of the gaming floor and surrounding areas to identify and prevent potential security risks.
- Control access to sensitive areas and maintain accurate records of access and security incidents.
- Investigate and report on security incidents, including theft, vandalism, and other security breaches.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience in a security role, preferably in the gaming industry.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergency situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, employees, and law enforcement agencies.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Current First Aid/CPR certification and completion of Gaming Security Officer (GSO) training/exam prior to start.
