Job Title: Construction Form Worker

We are seeking a skilled Construction Form Worker to join our team at Assured Property Management. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient construction of residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
Requirements:
  • Experience in construction or a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks.
  • Flexibility and reliability are essential.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Work outdoors in various locations.
  • Exposure to dust and other environmental factors.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
