We are seeking a skilled Foundation Form Worker to join our team at Assured Property Management.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades. They will also mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, and assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials
  • Erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Cleaning and piling salvaged materials
  • Removing rubble and other debris at construction sites
Requirements:
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Team player with good communication skills
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work outdoors in various locations, including construction sites. They will be exposed to dusty environments and will be required to wear steel-toed safety boots, a hard hat, and safety glasses/goggles.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The work schedule is 40 hours per week.
