Food Service Manager

At Millstream Dairy Queen, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring high-quality food and exceptional customer service
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory, minimizing waste and optimizing resources
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every meal
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing valuable insights for business growth
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions, driving sales and customer engagement
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality management role
- Proven track record of success in supervising and training staff, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
