Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Our Assistant Sales Trainee Manager program is an exciting opportunity for ambitious individuals to develop their skills and knowledge in sales, leadership, and customer service.

Program Overview

Our 18-24 month program is designed to prepare you for a Store Management role, with a clear career trajectory and opportunities for growth and development. You will work closely with store management to oversee a million-dollar business, providing leadership and insight into the development and strategy of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support business strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Build and maintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective customer recommendations
  • Build positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Support employee training, development, and performance management
  • Respond to and resolve customer and employee complaints
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service
  • 1 year of experience in a leadership role or supervising others
  • Previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
  • Experience using timekeeping and/or customer relationship management systems
