Job Title: Rehabilitation Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team at Canada Inc.

Job Summary:

The Rehabilitation Assistant will work under the direction of physiotherapists and occupational therapists to assist in the rehabilitation of patients with various injuries or disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining clinical and progress reports, documenting patient rehabilitation progress, and performing general clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist healthcare professionals in the rehabilitation process
  • Carry out treatment programs under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical and progress reports
  • Document patient rehabilitation progress
  • Perform general clerical duties, including processing files and paperwork
Requirements:
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: An asset
  • Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word
  • Area of specialization: Physiotherapy
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, combination of sitting, standing, walking, repetitive tasks, bending, crouching, kneeling, attention to detail
