Job Title: Rehabilitation Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team at Canada Inc.

Job Summary:

The Rehabilitation Assistant will work under the direction of physiotherapists and occupational therapists to assist patients with various injuries or disabilities. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist healthcare professionals with patient care and rehabilitation programs
  • Carry out treatment programs as directed by physiotherapists and occupational therapists
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical and progress reports
  • Document patient rehabilitation progress and maintain accurate records
  • Perform general clerical duties and process files and paperwork
Requirements:
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: An asset
  • Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word
  • Area of specialization: Physiotherapy
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, combination of sitting, standing, walking, repetitive tasks, bending, crouching, kneeling, attention to detail
