Key Responsibilities- Product Placement: Ensure that products are placed on shelves in a visually appealing and organized manner.
- Inventory Management: Regularly update prices and inventory levels to meet customer needs and prevent stock-outs.
- Store Displays: Set up and install promotional materials, including point-of-purchase displays and signage.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure that shelves remain organized and tidy, and implement planogram changes to optimize product placement.
- Reporting and Documentation: Create detailed reports and document in-store actions to ensure accurate tracking and analysis.
- Availability: Available to work from Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work morning and daytime hours.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 30 lbs and have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Skills and Experience: Merchandising experience is desirable, but not required. Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
