Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate product placement, updating prices, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate product placement and rotation on store shelves.
  • Regularly update prices and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Set up and install promotional materials and displays.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Implement planogram changes to optimize product placement and sales.
  • Monitor inventory levels and prevent stock-outs.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the sales area and implement changes.
  • Assist in introducing new products and educating consumers about our clients' latest innovations.
  • Foster positive relationships with store employees and managers.
  • Document in-store actions and create detailed reports.
Requirements
  • Available to work Monday to Friday.
  • Availability to work morning and daytime hours.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Merchandising experience is desirable.
  • Physical capability to lift 30 lbs.
  • Computer literacy with access to a mobile device and the internet.
  • Attention to detail, understanding, and executing planograms accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to deadlines.
  • Energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
